Terms of Sale

These terms govern your purchase from Prescott Bio Canada Inc.

Research use only

All products sold through this site are intended strictly for laboratory research use. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or foods, and they are not intended for human or veterinary consumption. By placing an order you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and that the materials will be used in a laboratory or controlled research environment.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may decline an order at our discretion, including for incomplete information, failed identity or address verification, or inventory shortages. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

Payment

Payment is processed by our payment partners at the time of order. We accept the methods listed at checkout. Currency, taxes, and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination.

Shipping and delivery

Most orders ship within one business day from Alberta, Canada and arrive in 2–4 business days across Canada. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier scans the package as delivered. Lost or damaged shipments must be reported within seven days of the carrier’s delivery scan.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. If there is a documented problem with a product (assay failure, wrong item shipped, damage in transit reported within seven days) we will replace the affected item with a lot backed by a certified Certificate of Analysis (COA), at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the affected item. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
