Product overview
CJC-1295 NO DAC 10mg/10vials is a sterile lyophilized research peptide. The molecule is a synthetic 29-amino-acid analog of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-29) carrying four amino-acid substitutions that stabilize the peptide against dipeptidyl-peptidase-IV cleavage. The “no-DAC” designation indicates the absence of the drug-affinity-complex (maleimide) linker found in CJC-1295-DAC; that linker is responsible for albumin binding and the multi-day half-life of the DAC variant, so the no-DAC molecule has a much shorter pharmacokinetic window.
Independently assayed by HPLC and MS, and lot-traceable to the source preparation.
Typical research dose range
Preclinical GH-axis protocols typically use CJC-1295 NO DAC in the 100 mcg per administration range in animal models, with the timing of administration aligned to the natural circadian GH-pulse pattern. Combination protocols with a ghrelin-mimetic secretagogue use comparable per-pulse quantities of each peptide.
Stack and pairing
CJC-1295 NO DAC is one half of the canonical “GHRH plus secretagogue” preclinical research pair. The most-studied counterpart is ipamorelin; tesamorelin is sometimes used as a longer-acting GHRH alternative in adjacent study designs. The combined-vial blend SKU CP10-nullMG-10V offers CJC + IPA in a single reconstitution.
Reconstitution and storage
Reconstitute each vial with 1-2 mL of bacteriostatic water for the target working concentration. Use sterile technique. Once reconstituted, store at 2-8 °C and use within 30 days for best stability.
Lyophilized vials should be kept refrigerated at 2-8 °C until first use. For long-term storage beyond six months, store at -20 °C in the original sealed vial. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
